	Client Comments	Chris the driver was great. A 2-hour traffic jam from LA to San Diego didn't even faze him. Porsche the customer service rep was definitely a deciding factor. She was curious, engaging, charming, and on top of things--Everything a front person for a Limo service should be. Prestige 2000 Limo will definitely get our business again.

Everything was perfect except for one minor thing that was not fulfilled...our "just married" sign was not placed on the back of the limo when we were transported from the church to the recpeption...that would have been nice, but everything else was seamless. Thank you!!

We were also very disappointed. Monroe, your driver, didn't want to alarm you so that is why he didn't mention it. We did go back and sure enough...the sign was on the side of the road. 	Client Comments	I guess I misunderstood that there was going to be champagne in the Limo. He was very punctual, polite, well dressed, well mannered, did a fine job with the luggage which was difficult, helpful and transparent at the same time. I would use your service again, though I prefer champagne or wine to hard liquor; consider the type of passengers. Also label the alcohol that is available so that one does not have to guess.
	Vendor Response	We are so glad everything went well. Our driver enjoyed your company. We appologize for the confusion, however, Champaign is not provided for airport or Cruise ship runs. It is only provided free of charge, for hourly service. You may request it for an airport or cruise line run however it is an added expense. We do, however, provide a basic bar stock, soda, water and ice for this type of service which is, at this time, free of charge. 	Client Comments	Prestige did an excellent job handling our last-minute request for a limosine to celebrate our son's 21st birthday. They were very friendly, helpful and considerate of our needs. The car was beautiful, clean and fully stocked. Our driver was very nice and accomodated our every request. There were no hidden costs or 'surprises' - other than the happy ones (they brought my son a birthday balloon)! I would recommend them to anyone.

	Client Comments	A true delight! In the past, my experience with limos in LA has been less than favorable. (I guess people in the limo business are as flaky as everyone else in LA). WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE IN FINDING PRESTIGE! They were helpful, on time, and adjusted times to fit my changing schedule. In addition they are genuinely nice people (from the reservation person to the driver). They truly went out of there way to accommodate me. They are my limo of choice for LA from now on!

We work in the "Entertainment" Industry and we know Limousines! Chris was our Driver for a Premier also and was equally impressive! This Driver really knows his stuff!
