CLIENT LIABILITY: *No smoking at any time in vehicle. $200 minimum fine for smoking in limousine will be charged. *no leaning on or placing anything on vehicle. *no hanging out of windows or opening doors at anytime. *Prestige is not responsible for any lost or stolen items left in or out of vehicle. *Client and party must make sure all belongings are out of vehicle at the end of their charter. *No one under 21 years of age shall consume alcohol in the limousine. *Client understands that ALL PAYMENTS are non refundable. *Client and Party is responsible for any damages they cause to vehicle. *Client is responsible for furnishing ALL addressees, phone numbers and contact information. *Prestige 2000 Limousine reserves the right to end the charter if client and/or party are unruly and disrespectful to the limousine and/or driver. Prestige 2000 Limousine reserves the right to cancel due to weather & move to another available day. Prestige is NOT responsible for Traffic jams, auto accidents or weather conditions that slows down traffic and cannot guarantee on time arrival of your destination due to the before mentioned. Prestige 2000 Limousine service reserves the right to replace vehicles due to breakdown/maintenance/availability. Charges for damages will apply per Prestige 200 Limousine's discretion and client agrees to pay these charges. There is a substantial clean up fee for any unreasonable messes IE: Vomiting, Alcohol, etc, starting at $500. If there is significant damage to the vehicle and it cannot be booked out, there is a minimum $500 per day fee for every day the vehicle cannot be booked. *NO drugs or paraphernalia allowed. Police may be called if illegal drugs or paraphernalia is in use in the limousine or found in the limousine.
MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE TO SIGN THIS CONTRACT.
THE PERSON WHO SIGNED THE CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION ABOVE IS THE RESPONSIBLE LIABLE PERSON.
AND AGREES TO THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT.
